At a young age, designer Latreacia Moneé developed a passion for jewelry making and fashion. She looked forward to summers with her grandmother where she was able to play dress up with classic and unique jewelry. With her entrepreneurship mindset Latreacia created keychains and bracelets to form her very first company at age 6. Latreacia’s passion ultimately influenced her decisions into both educational and professional experience in the fashion industry. She studied Fashion Merchandising at Texas State University. After several years of her retail and professional career, Latreacia wanted more. Finally after being encouraged by family and friends she was inspired to launch her handmade jewelry company Moneé Elizabeth. While establishing Moneé Elizabeth, Latreacia knew she wanted to create classic pieces that would last, as well as elegant statement pieces. She incorporates 14k gold filled and semi precious stones because of its quality and longevity.Latreacia designs and handcrafts her pieces personally in her studio in Austin, TX. She resides with her husband, three year old daughter, and infant twin boys.
