If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of purchase for an exchange. Prior authorization is required. Item(s) may not be worn, used or damaged. Return shipping is buyers responsibility.
Returns are accepted on defective merchandise, and merchandise shipped in error.
Worn, altered or custom (including specified chain lengths) merchandise may not be returned nor exchanged.
